Charitable Purpose

The Trust has been established for the purpose of encouraging donations, legacies and endowments to establish a capital fund to invest and generate income for the support and advancement of the life, activity, ministry, mission and service of the Anglican Parish of All Saints Palmerston North.

Entity Structure

The Trust comprises not less than three nor more than ten Trustees. The Trustees must include either the Vicar or one of the Church Warden of All Saints Parish. Trustees appointment must first be consented to in writing by the Vestry of the Parish. Trustees elect a Chairperson at the Annual General Meeting. A Secretary and Treasurer are also elected. There are presently seven Trustees.
