Entity Structure

RHAANZ is an Incorporated Society with charitable status. Each member organisation nominates an individual to the Representative Body. Up to 12 Representative Body members can be elected or appointed to Council (the governing body). Five Council members are then appointed to the Executive Committee which is a skills based group charged with ensuring the organisation works effectively, decisions are made in line with policy and oversees management of the chief executive.
