Charitable Purpose
Feed the Need exists to feed hope to young Kiwi's, one action at a time. This means helping our young to truly thrive and become amazing. It means taking action on a need we see, and doing what we can with what we've got. We've taken action since 2012 providing over 235,000 hot lunches to school children in vulnerable communities as well as over 1,500 food packs distributed to whanau in need through schools. We also had 35 youth come through our youth engagement program (employed in our kitchen). Since 2021 we have provided snack packs, food parcels, weekend packs and other food supplies to schools with children in need.
