Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To promulgate the Christian Faith and Worship God as a united body, exercising all our inalienable rights and privileges granted as a religious body. To proclaim the true Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ throughout New Zealand and Oceania primarily through television and other prevailing forms of media, without the intent to replace or substitute the role of the Church, but instead position itself as a mediator for the proliferation and teaching of the Gospel. To develop the capacity to build and implement a network infrastructure in remote and isolated underdeveloped regions and enable regional media production and delivery that the context is specific to Church services, Christian conferences, evangelistic crusades, teaching seminars, documentaries, news and other ministry endeavours. To acquire, build or lease the necessary land or buildings needed to fulfill its objectives in New Zealand and Oceania.
