Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To promote the importance of Vedic Knowledge and teaching, and to guide individuals living in New Zealand towards spiritual growth and personal development for happy and healthy living regardless of caste, creed, race, sex or religion. To promote Vedic Heritage (most ancient values and wisdom based culture and tradition of India). To empower individuals (special focus on youth) to lead a life that is focused, calm and contented though activities which will help them improve their physical, mental and spiritual health. These activities are: (i) in depth study of ancient Vedic Scriptures, Sanksrit, Vedic Astrology, yoga and meditation. (ii) Group discussions, counselling, and life coaching. (iii) Providing an environment in which people of any age group can come to develop clarity of mind to deal with differences, difficulties and every day stressful situations. d) To promote cultural activities involving youth and children, including dance, drama, music.
