Entity Structure

This entity conducts its operation as per the rules of the Heritage Northland Inc. The ongoing business of the entity is undertaken by a committee of members elected for a term of 2 years by holding 6-8 weekly meetings and giving notice to the membership of an Annual General Meeting held within 3 months of Balance Date.
