Charitable Purpose

Peninsula Arts Inc. will create the conditions for an engaged and arts knowledgeable community by: • Supporting emerging and established artists with opportunities, funding and advocacy • Developing and supporting ongoing strategies to support diverse local arts initiatives • Working with Auckland Council and the communities of Te Atatu Peninsula on commissioning and acquisition of artworks for public places

Entity Structure

Peninsula Arts Inc. is an incorporated society and registered charity with a building membership body. Within this membership there exists an executive committee including three officers; the President, Treasurer and Secretary. The role of the executive committee is to oversee the financial stability, sustainability and risk mitigation of all projects undertaken by the membership.
