Charitable Purpose

To encourage and promote the work of God principally in New Zealand in accordance with our Statement of Faith. To provide a basis for the nurture, equipping and edifying of Christians who share the same precious Faith. To establish and maintain churches where God is worshipped in Spirit and in Truth according to what the Scriptures teach. To approve all Scriptural teachings, methods and conduct, and to disapprove of all unscriptural teachings, methods and conduct. To engage in and carry on benevolent and charitable works.

theRIVER has the right of self-government under Jesus Christ, its Living Head. It shall have the power to transact all business relating to its own affairs according to the Scriptures, and its Constitution and any by-laws.
