Charitable Purpose

To break the ever growing intergenerational cycle of recidivist offending, under education, persistent poverty and violence in NZ. To fill the gap in services provided to recidivist and serious offenders on release with a real desire to change their lives. RAW's vision is supporting and educating women from this disadvantaged demographic to get them and their children back as contributors into mainstream NZ.
