To achieve this, Generous Ventures is challenging traditional ownership and governance structures that focus solely on maximising profit by driving more steward ownership models in Aotearoa.
Generous Ventures is in the process of becoming a steward of Thankyou Payroll, a company offering payroll software to businesses in Aotearoa. Over the next six years, it will transition to full ownership, at which point profits can be redistributed for social good.
