Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To grow circus as an art form and enable its public appreciation by supporting circus theatre and circus training. Specific purposes are: Supporting Circus Facilities and Learning in Auckland, Supporting Circus Theatre, Up-skilling Circus Professionals in Auckland, Empower indigenous people and people of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds within Tāmaki Makaurau to become a substantial presence in the future of circus and Ensure Te Tiriti o Waitangi is upheld in all actions and relationships.

Entity Structure

We currently have six Trustees that constitute our governance board, including chairperson and secretary, this meets our trust deed requirement of four and nine Trustees. Our operational structure consists of employees and contractors
