Charitable Purpose

The advancement of education and religion by the provision of facilities, funding, services, programmes, equipment and other amenities for the students of St Peter's College (Epsom) as the Trustees shall deem desirable so as to promote and enhance the religious, academic, sporting and cultural (including but not limited to music, art and the performing arts) education of the pupils of the College. To carry out such “charitable purposes” within New Zealand as that expression is defined from time to time under the law of New Zealand and as approved by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.
