Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Womancare trust works for the women;s well being and community development. We provides free advice and support on diet , health and education. This help is promoted by encouraging participation in exercise - WCT conducts Free Yoga , Aqacise ,Zumba and Gym. Support to Indian Women and other Indian migrants to settle down in New Zealand - WCT conducts free English & Computer class for improving their communication skills. Promote, plan, organise and run of non-profit events that celebrate and concern Indian culture. WCT organises Senior Ladies Day monthly , Ladies Cultural Night every year and also provide free Gidha & Bhangra classes for ladies , children & youth. We try to relieve poverty through access to advise, support and assistance i.e. counselling services, health information, mediation for family conflict, visitation, creating social networks.WCT works closely with other organisations to provide Community Support Service for individuals & families seeking help or assistance.
