Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To provide support to community sport and recreational groups and organisations in New Zealand by the provision of advice, training, guidance and funding to assist in the improvement of and access to, governance, management and administration of the said groups and organisations in New Zealand. To provide guidance and support to schools, and educational institutions by assisting in the provision of scholarships for education and related activities and for the development of sport in New Zealand. These programs may include the support of education and sporting development programs outside New Zealand.

Entity Structure

The Trust consists of four Trustees with like minded interests to support the development oand implementation of the Mission and Objects of the Trust. Three of the four Trustees were founding trustees involved in the creation of the Trust and all Trustees are actively involved in providing their time to support the fund raising and community activities.
