Charitable Purpose

Our vision is to unleash potential through entrepreneurial social action to create value which transforms and empowers. Social Innovation New Zealand aims to foster the ecosystem in which New Zealanders can engage meaningfully with social enterprise. We are the governing body overseeing the strategy and growth of three Social Innovation university campuses. The National Executive is responsible for ensuring consistency across all campuses by providing administrative, marketing and operational resources. Ultimately, Social innovation believes in the driving force of young people in growing social enterprise in New Zealand.

Entity Structure

This charity is registered with the purpose of overseeing the operations of clubs on three university chapters. We have a board of trustees which consists of business people and academics and a national executive of SINZ alumni who are also graduates. These parties liase with the members of each university chapter.
