Entity Structure

Prior to 2015 PASHANZ was a loose collective networking across Aotearoa/NZ. There was no membership subscription. In 2015 it was registered as a Charitable Trust. It is a not for profit organisation run by a small group of trustees Members elect a committee of no more than 7 trustees, which must include the following positions - Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary. None of these roles are paid.
