Charitable Purpose

Our vision is to advocate the approach of a Hand Up. Our mission is to assist the community to be more charitable by wrapping around and supporting youth, children and their families. We are committed, in attaining our vision and mission by adhering to the following principles to: • Provide a welcoming environment • Reflect a culture of kindness, care and respect. • Aim to build confidence and independence in each individual. • Provide a patient non‐judgmental confident community fully engaged with their identity by honoring their heritage whilst remaining mindful of diversity and difference. • Positive, holistic, and simple approaches that provide easy, effective services to our clients. • Provision of motivating, driven, health and wellness approaches to all clients that last. • Strengthening connections and identity through knowledge and learning about who they are and where they are from.

Entity Structure

Hands Up Community Services Trust (Hands Up) was incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 on 6th January 2015 and achieved Charitable Registration with Charities Services on 29th May 2015. Our service delivery involves voluntary work and support and advocacy for youth, children and their families. Our current focus is on developing our model for service delivery wrapping around and supporting individuals and or families who are trying to break the cycle of abuse in their lives.
