Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

OUR VISION is to see small towns throughout New Zealand that are struggling economically and socially transform into thriving hubs of local and social activity. Engaging in the planning and implementing of economic and development strategies in small towns with a population of fewer than 10,000 residents. To engage with these small communities that are facing real challenges and provide concrete ideas, inspiration and hope by facilitating networking between individuals and organisations in these towns and those in cities. The charity has grown out of an outreach int Kawerau and Opotiki by the trustees who behgan working with local churches ther in 2015 and have subsequently fostered relationships with the Kawerau Enterprise Agency to run regular coaching sessions for growing businesses. The operation is very small and funded almost completely by the trustees
