Kaimai Presbytery meets at least once each year as a full Presbytery (i.e. Gathering) for education, refreshment and, if required,
business. It also holds special presbytery meetings as necessary (e.g. to transact special business or attend to ordinations and
inductions).
It has appointed a Presbytery Council to exercise the Presbytery’s executive, judicial and administrative functions between
physical meetings of the full Presbytery.
