Rotorua Charities Fun'raiser Charitable Trust promotes and organises fund raising events, and donates the proceeds of such events to organisations which relieve poverty, sickness or disability, advance education, and offer other services beneficial to the community in New Zealand and more specifically, the district of Rotorua

Entity Structure

The Trust Board shall consist of not fewer than three nor more than ten members who are current serving Rotarians. Vacancies on the Board shall be filled with such persons as the Board may from time to time resolve to appoint and are a current serving Rotarian. This must be consented to by the nominee and they must be a current serving member of a Rotorua Rotary Club (or associated Rotary organisation as approved by the Board)
