Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To protect and develop the AJ Seeley Gully Reserve in Claudelands, Hamilton in collaboration and conjunction with the relevant local authorities as: (i) a special native bush reserve containing fauna and flora native to the Waikato, (ii) a link to the other gullies in Hamilton and (iii) to provide a publicly accessible area of native bush which will provide an opportunity to recreation, contemplation, solitude and general enjoyment of a bush are on behalf of the people of Hamilton.
