To perform choral music from all periods and styles, with particular emphasis on NZ music; to encourage the composition of choral music by NZ composers, and to commission such works from time to time; to perform significant contemporary works; to provide a medium for young singers to gain experience in the performance of choral music to a high standard; to support choral music in Dunedin and beyond.
