Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purpose of BayLynn Youth Band Incorporated is to establish and maintain a unique "BANDCHEDSTRA" in Blockhouse Bay, New Lynn, Lynfield and surrounding suburbs. This ensemble combines elements of an orchestra, string section, and jazz, featuring young musicians. The band aims to promote and foster music in the community, especially among young people, and to undertake any activities that support the achievement of these objectives.
