Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Our purpose is to support people in gaining recovery from their addiction. We provide this support by providing different services related to addiction from within different entities, but still for the same common purpose.

Entity Structure

The Parent controls all subsidiaries (CareNZ) and also provides Corporate Services, Treasury management, and other early stage addiction services such as Housing. Their is one overarching Governance Board at the Parent level that oversees all Group work and Entities. Individual legal entities (CareNZ) have directors who are also Trustees of the Parent Governance Board.
