Charitable Purpose

To benefit the community by promoting and developing the social arts in New Zealand especially community circus as a community development model that enhances social and economic participation for people who are on the fringes of society. To build bridges of understanding and break down barriers for people on the fringes of society establishing a healthy, creative, inspiring new spectrum of possibilities.

Our head office is curently based in New Lynne. Our trust Deed states that we must have between two and five trustees. We currently have two trustees that constitute our governance board, including three executive positions: president, treasurer and secretary.
