Entity Structure

We have a main office in Kawerau, EBOP to eventually spread into other provinces as needed. Our Trust Deed enables us to operate with minimin of two Trustees and maximin of five Trustees. We currently have three Trustees that constitute our governance board. Covering the three executive positions: Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. We will affiliate with IMC Foundation as a network for needed services but IMCF does not control or in any way direct our operations. We have 4 startup programs.
