Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To assist Chin people in Nelson to become confident citizens while maintaining their unique cultural heritage through: • Providing assistance to access health, housing, and education services • Supporting newly arrived Chin refugee families • Promoting and maintaining Chin cultural values • Encouraging Chin people to integrate with the wider New Zealand community
