Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

SuperGrans Western Bay of Plenty provides services to whānau, children and individuals, matching them with volunteers who can help them gain new knowledge and practical life skills to function more effectively, live more resilient lives, and make positive contributions to their community and their whānau. We provide practical workshops, connect and chat discussion sessions and a mentoring programme, which are open to all in our community, practical and free.

Entity Structure

The Trust is governed by a Board of not less than five, nor more than seven trustees. Trustees will be appointed for a term of up to three years with a maximum of one more consecutive three-year term. The organisation is affiliated to a national body, SuperGrans Aotearoa.
