Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To support and work for the welfare and development of the community in the Auckland area and immediate surrounding areas working in partnership with families and individuals, focusing on the needs of the whole person. Working with people in areas of anger, abuse, grief and other needs through counselling with the aim to bring healing and restoration. Relief of poverty. Develop a community service, educational assistance for young people,budgeting, marriage counselling,family support.

Our head office is based in Auckland. Our trust deed states that we must have between 2 and 5 Trustees. We currently have 3 that constitute our governance board which includes the Chairperson, Manager and Treasurer/Secretary. We are affiliated with The Streams Community Church which provides guidance and support but does not control or in any way direct our operations.
