(1) For advancement and understanding of literature in New Zealand. (2) To develop, advance and increase the public's understanding and appreciation of literature whereby providing ticketed ‘literary nightclub events’ of literary performers and musicians in various venues.

Trust board with three members. We have a director, a producer and a event manager. We are based in Auckland, with a home office in Mt Albert. Our Trust deed states that we have two or more trustees.
