Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Trust is to work with less fortunate whanau/families offering them support towards a high quality of life through education, housing, training initiatives, employment, and supportive education boarding homes. In particular the Trust will offer: 3.1. Navigation services, advocacy, tutoring, life coach skills, Holiday programmes, Wananga, cultural developmental services, counselling, and supportive education boarding homes 3.2. Provide other support and assistance

Entity Structure

We have a head office based in Auckland with a branch in Rawene. Our trust deed states that we must have between three and five trustees. We currently have four trustees that constitute our governance board, including three executive positions: Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary.
