Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purposes and aims of the Trust are 1) To devote or apply both capital and income of the Trust Fund for the purpose of upholding, maintaining and advancing of the Christian faith within New Zealand 2) Developing literature resources, mission programmes for marginalised communities, and pioneering new ways for people to explore the Bible

Entity Structure

We have an office based in Auckland, and work with people around New Zealand and around the world. Our trust deed states that we must have between two and five Trustees. We currently have three Trustees that constitute our governance board. We work in partnership with SGM Lifewords (previously Scripture Gift Mission) work around the world.
