All the Chin people are in unity within NZ by praising to God together. Bringing the Chin people for the spiritual revival to all Chin churches and to the local community within NZ.

CCANZ will be governed according to democracy and majority status quo vote. Election will be held in a democratic manner and the posts for the election will be in the following manner in the order of President, Vice president, general secretary, assistant general secretary, Treasurer, Assistant treasurer etc.
