Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To protect children who disclose any form of serious abuse by empowering members of the community to act responsibly when disclosures are revealed. The intent is to support and educate parents/caregivers, individuals, organisations, agencies, businesses and any other interested parties to identify forms of child abuse, recognise disclosures of child abuse, and to take appropriate measures to protect and rescue children from abusive situations.

Entity Structure

our office is based in Rotorua and we provide services to the wider Rotorua area and connect with services nationally who also have similar purposes and goals of protecting children from abuse. Our trust deed allows for three to seven trustees. Currently we have three trustees that constitute our governance board.
