Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Increasing the self-esteem of persons who have undergone changes to their appearance resulting from chemotherapy and radiation treatment by providing eyelash extensions. Providing services and education to decrease the risk of infection and/or injury to the eyes resulting from damage to or lack of eyelashes. Providing other associated services to increase the confidence of cancer patients and increase their self-esteem.

Entity Structure

The Petal Trust is made of of 4 Trustees. Two of whom are co business owners of a Eyelash Extension business. One member who is the manager of the extension business. One member who is a pastor/minister in a local church body. The board of Trustees will meet at least 3 times a year. At the first meeting a chairperson will be elected and a secretary assigned. These 3 meetings will be face to face and any additional communication will be either face to face or other communication as required.
