Entity Structure

Toi Maori Aotearoa Trust is an umbrella organisation that supports the development of contemporary Maori arts. The Trust Deed states that there shall be no more than seven and no fewer than five Kaitiaki (Trustees). Each National Maori Art Form Committee nominates the Kaitiaki (Trustee). The Kaitiaki shall be appointed to the Trust by majority decision of the National Maori Art Form Committee at a general meeting. TMA Trust is the governing shareholder of Toi Maori Limited.
