Charitable Purpose

The Trustees hold the Trust fund on trust to pay or apply so much of the capital and income of the trust fund as the trustees think fit exclusively for or towards any one or more of the following charitable purposes which are declared to be purposes of the Trust; 1. Development of cricket facilities in Otago 2. Development of cricket support mechanisms 3. Development of cricket infrastructure in Otago for the enjoyment of all Otago residents

Entity Structure

Incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 on 28 October 2015, the Otago Cricket Fundraising Charitable Trust currently has five Trustees and under its deed can have up to eight Trustees. Trustees meet once every two months. Balance date has been established as 31 July with Crowe Horwath Accountants and Phil Trounson (Auditor). Formal meeting agenda and minutes are circulated before and after all meetings
