Entity Structure

Our Constitution states there must be a Board of Seven who include the Chairperson of the Society, Deputy Chair, Secretary and Treasurer and 3 Members all elected on their skills and expertise in managing and fulfilling the objectives of the Society. The Board reports to, recommends and then acts on the tasks as raised and directed by the Society at the AGM and special meetings inline with the objectives and purpose of the Society.
