Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To provide to Westlake Boys High School and its Feeder Schools through the advancement of education by extending the ability to meet the educational needs of their pupils and communities, by providing resources to achieve a higher educational standard, and assisting in the achievement of the Charter objectives of each school.

Entity Structure

The trust deed states that there must be between four and ten Trustees, one of which must be appointed by the Headmaster of Westlake Boys High School. We currently have seven Trustees.
