Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The Trust is established to advance education. To this end, it promotes an appreciation how the brain processes visual information. In particular, it aims at offering a new approach of visualising abstract grammar-related information, especially for those young second language learners or children of new immigrants with various levels of learning difficulties. Given such diffuculties the establishment of such a trust shall of benefit to communities.

Currently, we have a head office based in Christchurch, Canterbury. Our trust deed states that we must have three Trustees. We currently have the required three Trustees that constitute our governance board, including: chairperson, treasurer and secretary.
