Charitable Purpose

OEMI is the umbrella organisation for member groups which: Preserve and protect flora and fauna - Estuary Care Group, Omokoroa Bird Group and Omokoroa Pest Free Group, Green Fingers. Improve the urban environment - Friends of Kaimai Views, Community Garden. Preserve history - Omokoroa History Group. Preserve places of historic interest or natural beauty - Historic Crapp Reserve Group, Friends of Cooney Reserve Group, Friends of Precious Family Reserve Group, Friends of Bramley Reserve. Provide social cohesion - TOLO, Menzshed, ANZAC Group, Omokoroa Golf Club.
