Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To benefit the public by providing a service which supports parents and their families who have suffered the loss of a pregnancy, baby or young child. To raise awareness of the experience and impacts of stillbirth, newborn death and other pregnancy loss. To provide parents with tangible memories of their baby or child and provide support and information to assist them in making informed decisions regarding their loss or impending loss.

Entity Structure

We have an office based in Pegasus, Canterbury. Our trust deed states that we must have between two and six Trustees that constitute our governance board, including two executive positions which are Chairperson and Secretary.
