Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Trust will be operating a language school & art troupe to provide for the teaching & performing for people of all cultures; to further the promotion of both New Zealand and Chinese culture generally and mutually; to provide other support and assistance consistent with the charitable aims of the Trust; to provide voluntary services for charitable purposes

Entity Structure

CSOC adopted the structure of The Board Of Trustees. The Board will comprise of no less than three Trustees and no more than ten Trustees. The signatories to this Deed will be the first Board. The Trustees will elect from among themselves a chairperson. The Trustees shall hold the Trust fund upon the trusts, and with and subject to the powers and discretions, contained or implied in the Deed.
