Entity Structure

We have our office based in Morrinsville. Our trust deed states that we must have between five and eight Trustees. We currently have six Trustees that constitute our governance board, including three executive positions: chairperson, treasurer and secretary. We have a strategic reporting relationship with Morrinsville Baptist Church which is outlined in our Trust Deed.
