Charitable Purpose
Fostering the objects on which St Mary’s College was founded. Creating and maintaining interest in the activities of students and celebrating successes. Supporting a student Welfare Fund. Creating opportunities for the College and Parent Community to strengthen relationships. To raise or assist in fundraising for specific purposes benefitting the College or students, and to do anything necessary or helpful for these purposes.

Entity Structure
Our Rules of Incorporation require that we have a Managing Committee comprising of members of the College community/Association putting themselves forward at the AGM. The Principal and Deputy Principal (or designated persons) are ex officio members of the Committee. There are 3 executive positions, Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary. A quorum must include no fewer than 2 Committee members and our AGM requires a minimum of 8 members or members' representatives.
