Charitable Purpose

To provide music opportunities, both educational and performance based, to youth living on Hauraki Gulf islands. To enrich youth culture and grow confidence, skills, mana, and self-worth through musical interaction.

Entity Structure

Exist as a board, between 3 and 8 members. There will be a chairperson, secretary, treasurer, and committee. The Board at any meeting may appoint two or more members of their body to be a sub-committee for making enquiry or for superintending or for transacting of any business but every act and proceeding of a sub-committee shall be submitted to a meeting of Board members for approval or acceptance. A Secretary and Treasurer may be appointed by the Board members for each term.
