Entity Structure

The Rannerdale Trust is a charitable trust incorporated under the principles of the Patriotic and Canteen Funds Act 1947. The Trust owns the land and buildings from which the Rest Home operates and rents this to the company. A part of the land is rented to a school. The Trust is the sole shareholder of Rannerdale War Veterans Home Ltd that provides the operational services at the home, along with that companies subsidiary Rannerdale Home Care Ltd. Trading ceased 25 March 2022.
