Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To raise funds, purchase, recover from abroad, and display in New Zealand certain air frames (airliners) of national significance to New Zealand. To make New Zealand's aviation heritage more accessible to ordinary New Zealanders through the display of air frames of national significance. Like a museum, the purpose is for the benefit of the community, because it connects New Zealanders with their shared communal heritage. To educate New Zealanders about New Zealand's aviation heritage.
