Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

We are a non for profit organization set up to help families in need (to relieve poverty) and to promote the health and well being by providing essential toiletry items whilst in hospital with their child in either children's hospital or pediatric wards throughout NZ. We are now supporting other areas of need within our community eg homeless.

Entity Structure

Our head office is based on the North Shore of Auckland. The organization is governed by a management committee in which at least 3 officers must be present to ensure decisions are made by majority vote. We have a chairperson, secretary, treasurer and IT/Website officer.
