Charitable Purpose

First Object: To promote health and well-being for the youth of Golden Bay. Second Object: To provide a service that is lead by youth for the benefit of youth. Third Object: To seek opportunities for youth health promotion and improvement. Fourth Object: To provide an opportunity for youth to be involved in charity and voluntary work.

Entity Structure

We have rooms in Takaka and Collingwood for the provision of activities of the trust. Out trust deed states we must have between 3 and 8 trustees. We have 4 trustees including 1 executive position: chair; (secretary; and treasurer yet to appoint) We have close links with the Golden Bay Community health Service and the Golden Bay Community mental Health Team who provide guidance and support, but we retain autonomy in our strategy and operations.
